BeforePeak is a restaurant booking platform that offers discounted dining experiences during off-peak hours. Users pay a booking fee and receive 50% discount on their meal at participating restaurants.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• Payment must be made at the time of booking
• Discounts apply to the full menu unless otherwise specified
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or premium items

4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the reservation time. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.
