Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations within this timeframe will receive a full account credit refund.

2. Refund Method

All refunds are issued as account credits that can be used for future bookings. Credits never expire.

3. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, the booking fee is non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances

In cases of severe weather, emergencies, or restaurant closures, we will provide full refunds or rebooking options.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Log into your BeforePeak account
  • Go to your “My Bookings” page
  • Select the booking you wish to cancel
  • Click the “Cancel Booking” button
