How does BeforePeak work?

BeforePeak helps you save 50% on dining at premium restaurants during off-peak hours. You pay a small booking fee upfront, then enjoy 50% off your total bill at the restaurant (subject to restaurant-specific exclusions).

What are the booking fees?

Booking fees are based on party size: HK$50 (2 people), HK$70 (3 people), HK$80 (4 people), HK$100 (5 people), and HK$120 (6 people).

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before your reservation time. You'll receive a full refund as account credit.

What if I'm late for my reservation?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant may cancel your booking and the booking fee is non-refundable. Please arrive on time.

Do I get the same service quality?

Absolutely! You receive the same high-quality food and service as regular customers. The only difference is the discounted price.

How far in advance can I book?

You can make reservations up to one week in advance. This ensures restaurants can plan their off-peak capacity effectively.

Are there any restrictions on the menu?

You get 50% off your total bill, but some restaurants may exclude certain items like beverages, set menus, or already discounted items. Any exclusions will be clearly shown during the booking process.

How do refunds work?

All refunds are issued as account credits that never expire. You can use these credits for future bookings on BeforePeak.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure payment system.

Can I modify my booking?

You can cancel and rebook if needed, subject to availability and our 12-hour cancellation policy. Contact support for assistance.
